1. Who we are

What Agents Pick (whatagentspick.com) is run by Nika Siradze, an individual based in Tbilisi, Georgia ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a sponsor placement, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy a placement. Contact: support@whatagentspick.com.

2. The service

The site is a free public scoreboard of which developer tools AI coding agents pick by default when a prompt names no vendor. There are no user accounts. You can read the site, download the raw data and subscribe to the newsletter for free.

3. Using the data

You may read, share, quote and build on the published data, as long as you don't claim it is your own measurement and you don't present it as an endorsement by us. The harness source code is covered by the license in its repository.

Don't use the site in a way that breaks the law, attacks or overloads it, or tries to get around its security.

4. No warranty

The site and its data are provided as is and as available, without any warranty. Pick rates describe how AI agents behaved in our test runs. They are not a ranking of product quality and not advice about which tool you should use. The data may contain mistakes, may be incomplete or out of date, and some of it may be sample data, which is labelled as such. Use it at your own judgment.

5. Sponsor placements

We sell clearly labelled sponsor placements to developer tool companies:

• Category page slot: $99 per month, billed as a monthly subscription. One labelled sponsor card on one category page.
• Newsletter slot: $49 per issue, a one-time payment. One labelled sponsor block in one newsletter issue.
• Bundle: $199 per month, billed as a monthly subscription. One category page slot plus four newsletter issues per month.

Full details and placement rules are on the sponsor page. Prices shown are what you pay before any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country, which Creem adds at checkout.

These rules always apply to every placement:

• Every placement is labelled as sponsored, on the site and in email.
• Payment never affects rankings, pick rates, ordering, the detection catalog or any other data. Sponsors cannot see results early or change them.
• We can decline any sponsor or ad copy that isn't a good fit, for example if it isn't a real developer tool or makes claims the data doesn't support. If we decline, you get a full refund.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Creem handles checkout, billing, taxes and invoices, and its own terms apply to the payment. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and the placement stays live until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Sponsor content

You are responsible for the text, logo, links and claims you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. By sending them, you let us publish them on the site and in the newsletter for the length of your placement. We can edit copy for length and formatting, and we can remove or refuse content that is illegal, misleading, infringes someone else's rights, or breaks these terms. If we remove content because it breaks these terms, we don't owe a refund for the remaining period.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site, its data or a sponsor placement. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Third-party links

The site links to tools, sponsors and other websites we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Changes don't affect a placement you have already paid for.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country). Any dispute goes to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to sort it out.
